Chapter 4: Sends doctor back but brings back a car

[Sarawut]

I'm heading into Medical Faculty. On the way here, I'm in a blue Toyota Fortuner worth about a million baht, with an extremely blue car seat under my buttocks and air-conditioned, so much so that one wouldn't want to open the door and get out of the car to feel the rainy season at all.
