"Destiny?"

Theo repeated like a machine, not understanding the meaning of the word he just said. He frowned confusedly. Although he also has a basic knowledge of Thai, there are a few words he still cannot understand.

"Oh, are you mixed?" It was Phupha’s turn to look confused.

"Yes, I don't understand difficult words." Theo laughed and said back.

“Then you should go first. I won’t bother you anymore.” - The other man said softly.

"Ah." Theo simply exclaimed.

“But how will you contact me? In case you want to arrange some meeting to prepare for the exam.” - Phupha pretended to leave, then returned.

"Um." Theo chuckled.

"Then give me your phone number."
After a while, he laughed at his seniors' expression, but he tried to keep his attitude calm.

"I'll give you my phone and you can dial me." Theo said.

He said it with a laugh which made Phupha confused, still he did not dare to look directly at him, making Theo smile even wider. The more his Senior Code avoided eye contact, the more brightly he smiled. It's fun to tease the person in front of you.

"Umm." - Phupha took his phone from his pocket and gave it to Theo easily.

"Now you should go first." Theo said.
He intentionally emphasized and teased the person in front of him once more when he returned the phone to the young man who was in front of him, who did not dare look at his eyes. However, from outside he still showed a calm face. It seems to be a lot more fun at school than he could imagine.

"Good luck." The senior suddenly called him back.

"Yes?" The blue-eyes looked back.

"If I add you to my contacts, will you be there in my Line?" The young man blushed and asked him.

"You try it, I'm not sure."

"Present your student ID as well."

A reminder rang as Theo entered the library. After looking left and right, he saw a librarian in his thirties, pointing at a machine placed near the door. So, he took his student card from his pocket, swiped his card, and entered. The machine, with its long thermal roll, makes a sound like a printer working. The paper in the machine rolls up, then prints out your student number.

"Is this OK?"

Theo turned around to ask the librarian to confirm it again. The man nodded to signal, waving his hand allowing him to go inside. The library atmosphere at 5 pm is very quiet. Most students chooses to go to the café rather than coming here.

"OK." The other one said briefly.

"Where is the Thai language book area for foreigners?"

He cautiously spoke. His father said that the school had these books, but he himself was not too sure, since it was not an international school anyway. After asking, his face was pale.

“Go straight to the end, then turn left. The bookshelf is there, with a bunch of categories, near the third language-learning area.” Librarian gave instructions.

"Thank you."

After giving a bow of thanks (wai), he followed the instructions and went along the aisle where many reading tables were lined up close together. There were a few students whom he noticed, who he ignored and continued to go to the originally planned destination. In fact, he didn't know anyone at this school either.

"Hoooooooy."

Theo let out a sigh because there was no one sitting in the Thai language book area for foreigners. Anyway, it's the remote corner of the library, quietest and most secluded, not bothered by anyone. He stretched his hand across the bookshelf, grabbed the book his father had asked to read, put it on the table dejectedly. Just looking at the index he felt tired. So laid his head down on the book.

Thai school was much better than he had imagined, but it didn't stop him from thinking about France.

Although he doesn't have many friends, there is at least one he can talk to. He can consider Ak as his first friend. However, Theo wasn't sure if he was his only friend at school. Fortunately, Ak was still talking to him, making him less of an outcast.

Theo lazily opened the book titled "Thai 101".

Trying to accept the contents of the book but looking at the thickness of it is boring enough. He can communicate well in Thai but using long sentences or writing correct words is quite difficult. Come to think of it, his Thai language ability can reach level 1, but it is better than not knowing anything, right? At least the teachers in the school will pay attention to his surname.

Looking through the book he flipped it until the last page.

When he saw the known words on the book, he squinted, his mouth raised in interest. Theo took out a pen from his pocket and wrote on the page.

‘You have to write it down!
The best practice of writing is to practice writing directly.
Use the last white paper of the book to write down your thoughts.
Right or wrong, write it down. You can use this; you can start doing.
Thailand is rightly boring.
Schools are also boring.
Boring society, too.’

‘Miss mom
Homesick
Thinking about everything as before

November 1, Wednesday’

Followed by a sigh he closed the book.
He decided to return the book to the old place. Reading comprehension ‘Thai 101’ is going to be tomorrow's story. The young student packed his belongings into the loose bag and left without reading a word in the book.

Let’s keep it like that. Unless he (father) has someone following him.
Theo shrugged, before stepping out of the library.

------------------

"Have a good time, master."

A familiar greeting came from the old driver as he pushed the door open button to let him off at the front gate the next day. Theo smiled back, thinking in his heart whether studying was really fun or not. But even so, it was just a thought in my heart, it would not extend the time even more.

"You too have a nice time.”

He picked up his bag in boredom out of the car. It was still early, Theo searched his pockets on one side of his pants pocket for headphones.

"Careful!"

A loud shout sounded nearby. Not having time to look around anymore, Theo raised his left hand to cover his face. How lucky, because in a blink ball soared, and hit his hand, instead of hitting his face.

"Did you get hurt?"

The person who ran from afar asked loudly. Theo dropped his hand and faced a white man in the direction he is running from. The other man was wearing only a soccer pants, his upper body was bare, his skin was white, and his muscles were beautiful. The head and shoulders are round, and the muscles are also proportionate. Prominent chest muscles of people who regularly exercise. Belly tight, with 6 packs of abdominal muscles neatly folded, rolling the eyes of the viewer. The face can also be called a handsome face. Round eyes, high nose. Most prominent is this man's bushy eyebrows which has a shaved line, creating his own highlight.

"No. I raised my hand in time.” He simply replied.

"I'm sorry. I tried to warn you but couldn't make it in time. " The other boy tried to speak between gasping breaths.

"It's okay. I also dodged the ball in time so I didn't get hurt at all. " Hearing the apology, he just smiled slightly.

“It’s good there was no problem. I'm playing soccer with the guys. But looking at your face, it looks familiar. " The man whose name he did not know, nodded his head in interest.

"Yes?" Theo was surprised.

“Nong Theo right? Young person with blue eyes, popular in school lately.” -He finally remembered the reason why this junior’s face was familiar.

"My name is Theo, but I'm not that popular." He smiled wryly.

“No no. It’s not like that Nong Theo. Everyone was talking about how cute the new student is. Plus he’s mixed so he has blue eyes. " The owner of the ball stared into his eyes.

"But I ..." He had difficulty in finding the right words.

“P’Wayo. My name is Wayo. " The other boy grinned, showing off his white teeth.

“But P’Wayo don’t you have to go back to play soccer? The brothers on the other side are calling. "

He said as he pointed his finger to the distance. Now on the edge of the courtyard over there, a group of elders who were topless, who were crouching to take off their shirts, waved calling Wayo. Some people put their hands on their mouths to make cup it and make the sound louder but was shouting something from that distance it was hard to be heard clearly.

“Hooooooy, how boring. No chance to talk to you for a long time.” -Wayo smirked, holding the ball at his hip. This action of his hands made Theo unable to control himself and look at him. His gaze reached the stomach with tight muscles, making Theo unconsciously swallow his saliva. He couldn’t take his eyes off the 'beautiful scene' before his eyes.

"The sea is deeper than I thought." The other boy laughed.

(T/N: : Wayo compared the sea to Theo's blue eyes but Theo didn’t understand so took the reference as the literal sea.)

"Yes?" Theo did not understand.

"I just said the sea was much deeper than I imagined." Wayo met his eyes.

“Um. P’Wayo, what are you afraid of? I thought P’Wayo could swim back.”

Wayo laughed lightly in reply and Theo shrugged in response. He decided to turn his head, go straight to the cafeteria as planned, not bothering with this man named Wayo.
